Tai chi chuan

Forms of «Taï Chi" are just ways of rediscovering and inhabiting places in the body.

Start to work with matter (the body, the structure, the posture, movements): this is the biomechanics stage. Next become familiar with the inner dynamic: the breath, energy, subtlety.

When we put our hearts into it, our movements start from inside. The more our movements are nourished and felt within, the denser they become. We come into contact with our potential and can then bring it up to date.
